We got it!!!!!!!

Just a follow up to say that we got the house! We put in an offer on Wednesday, and got word yesterday that they accepted. We are now officially under contract and set to close on April 26th!!

More details to come later. :-)

Well, it's official!!!!!

As of last Friday, our home was officially sold, signed, and closed. It is now a done deal!

While I am a little sad, it is such a relief to have that huge burden lifted!! Our realtor was amazing, and bent over backwards in every way trying to help us! Let me know if you ever need her number! :-)

For now we will stay where we are at. We aren't going to build or buy for a while, until we are absolutely sure what we want to do. We are feeling out this little town, and county of Sanpete, so we don't want to make any final decisions.

But at least now that house doesn't stand in our way!!!
